Kråkslott was formed as a trio in the beginning of 2018 in Stockholm, Sweden. The moniker they adopted for their band is a Swedish word, which roughly translates to “old dilapidated mansion”, or literally “crow castle”. Their sound is dark and aggressive, tipping the hat off to classic stoner doom acts, but also the early Swedish metal scene.

Possessed by a relentless DIY spirit, Kråkslott record and produce in their own studio. A self-titled debut album was released early 2020, raw and live recorded. On their new EP, The Witchhammer, Kråkslott are showing a more deliberate and refined, but still as aggressive, sound.
